A Typical Treatment

A proprietary multi-layer meta-material treatment pad is held on the skin surface at the source of pain and injury, usually for 10-20 minutes. Depending on the condition and severity, therapy sessions are scheduled every other day for the first week to achieve maximum benefit from the treatment. At the beginning of the second week, there is an evaluation to determine the level of pain and functionality to assess if more treatments are needed.

Multiple sensors in the treatment pad deliver and continuously monitor the precise temperature at the depth where it is needed to heal in the shortest amount of time. And, there is virtually no change in the temperature at the skin surface. The surface warmth is significantly less than a heating pad.

If multiple areas are inflamed or require treatment, the pad is readjusted as needed during the session with at least 10 minutes at target temperature in each area. This precise level of heat “washes away” the inflammation and toxins for a noticeable reduction pain, usually after only one treatment session. And, the inflow of blood, oxygen, and nutrients rapidly speeds up the rate of healing.

Pets often find this therapy very relaxing and may even doze off during a treatment session. There is no recovery time after ThermoWave Therapy. And by the third session there is usually a noticeable increase in range of motion, comfort and mobility.

Many conditions are healed within a few weeks, usually with 4-6 treatments, providing long-lasting results. Periodic maintenance sessions may be helpful.
